Our View — Is It Worth Holding After Listing?

REIT investments are income instruments, not growth stocks. Bagmane’s 71% subscription suggests moderate institutional interest but not overwhelming demand. The Grade A+ office market in Bengaluru has strong fundamentals driven by tech sector demand. For long-term investors looking for stable distributions (like rental income), REITs like Bagmane can make sense. For listing gains, the partial subscription means significant listing pop is unlikely. This is our personal view — not a buy/sell recommendation.

Upcoming IPO Pipeline — What’s Coming in 2026

2026 is shaping up to be one of the biggest IPO years in India’s history. Here are the most anticipated listings on the radar:

    Mega IPOs Expected in 2026

Reliance Jio — The most anticipated Indian IPO in years. Jio Platforms is expected to hit public markets in 2026, potentially valuing the company at $80–100 billion+. No official timeline has been confirmed but market chatter is intensifying.

PhonePe — The NPCI-backed fintech giant is reportedly targeting an IPO in late 2026. Would be one of the largest fintech listings globally.

NSE (National Stock Exchange) — NSE’s own IPO has been anticipated for years. With regulatory hurdles being cleared, 2026 remains a possibility.

SBI Mutual Fund — SBI AMC, one of India’s largest asset managers, is in the IPO pipeline.

Flipkart / Meesho — Both major e-commerce players are potential 2026 IPO candidates as the market recovers.

Zepto — The quick-commerce startup is reportedly planning an IPO in 2026.

Why the IPO Pipeline Is So Strong in 2026

After a challenging 2025 for primary markets (where many SME IPOs underperformed post-listing), 2026 has seen a recovery in market sentiment. The Nifty Midcap hitting all-time highs, strong Q4 FY26 corporate earnings, and expectations of a June RBI rate cut are creating favourable conditions for new listings.

SME IPOs — Active This Week

Several SME segment IPOs are currently open or recently listed. The SME space has seen high activity in 2026. As always, SME IPOs carry significantly higher risk than mainboard issues — limited liquidity, lower disclosure standards, and higher volatility on listing. Proceed with extreme caution and always do your own research.

What to Watch in IPOs Next Week

    • Bagmane REIT listing date (May 12–15) — watch the listing price vs issue price of Rs 100
    • Any new mainboard IPO filings on SEBI’s website (sebi.gov.in)
    • Reliance Jio IPO timeline updates — any official statement would move markets
